Cancellation Policy

**IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT** Examples: Fever, Flu like symptoms, runny nose, **NO SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY CONTAGIOUS SKIN OR EYE CONDITIONS** Examples: Cold Sores, Contagious skin rash, Pink eye All appointment prices are for in studio(my site). For offsite appointments a travel fee is required and will be considered on a case by case basis. Fee amount is based on location. For after-hours appointments please contact me for availability and pricing. Deposits: A NON-REFUNDABLE $25 DEPOSIT is required for all services accept bridal. Your deposit will go towards your total balance. Remainder of balance can be paid using the payment methods below. Please note there will be a processing fee if paying with Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo. Theres a $10 fee for brow shaping and light facial hair removal. Photos: Photos taken during sessions may be posted on my website and or social media. Examples: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest. Missed Appointments: If a client fails to cancel their appointment and/or no-shows they will be required to pay 100% of the services scheduled. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Clients will be given one Grace appointment a year for last minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows. Late Arrivals: Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe. I’ll attempt to reschedule in a timely manner Will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your schedule appointment time it is considered a NO SHOW. And will be treated as a missed appointment. Deposit will be forfeited. I understand that emergencies happen in life comes up.
